How Can You "Speed Up Your PC"

It is the most important question which is ever asked by the users that how can I speed up my personal computer. There are different ways which can be adopted to speed up the PC.

One way is that you should upgrade your system. You can increase your processor’s speed; you can increase your ram, cache memory, hard disk space and much more. But the question is that “how can we speed up our system with in the old specifications?”

It is a worthy question and it is also more important for the users because all time we cannot upgrade our system’s specs so we must find a way which could be helpful for boosting our system.

There are many software available in the market for boosting up your PC e.g.system booster, PC Booster, etc. But these software cannot make your System to work 3 or 4 times more fast than its original speed.

The main factor upon which the speed of your system depends is that how you manage your system and how you use it.

Now the tips which I can suggest you to speed up your PC are following.

1. 1.     You must increase your memory size i.e. RAM must be 512 MB or above.
2. 2.   You must use good antivirus software for your PC and it must be update time to time because one of the most important factors for slowing down your system is that it is being affected by the viruses.
3. 3.   You must properly scan your system for viruses so that they could be removed. Some good antivirus software are Bitdefender, AVG, Avast, Avira, Kaspersky etc. I myself use Avira Antivirusbecause it is free and simple yet powerful and it can make your system secure from the virus attack.
4. 4.   You must properly arrange your disk space according to your need and do not over burden it that is do not fill each drive. Let each drive to have at least 500MB or above free space.
5. 5.    You should check those programs which are loaded at your system startup e.g. utorrent, download accelerator etc and if they are not so much important then turn off their auto loading at your system startup. It will boost up your system startup speed.
6. 6.   You must defrag your drives and check them for errors at least after one month. You can do it by making Right click on the drive then click on properties then click on tools and select the option.
7. 7.    You must clean your browsing history and temporary data after each week as it increases your free disk space and also make your system work faster.

There are also many factors which can be adopted but these are the basic one which every user must adopt to make its system work better and faster. These tricks and tips are important for every user because these are helpful in the maintenance of your system and to keep it in better and reliable condition.
