Hardware Specifications of system using CPU-ID Software

Download the CPUZ software from this address
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
Install the software and open it.

The following window will appear in which CPU tab would be open. This window shows the specifications of the CPU of the machine. The encircled information should be of interest. (example of a corei5 system) 



This Tab consists of the information of the Cache memory. The L1, L2, L3 Cache and there sizes are shown


This Tab shows the information of the Motherboard.. It shows the vendor, model and revision, BIOS model and date, Chipset (northbridge and southbridge) and sensor and Graphic interface.


This Tab shows the information about the RAM. The size of the RAM its Frequency and timings, Module(s) specification using SPD (Serial Presence Detect) vendor, serial number, timings table.


This tab shows the memory slots selections. It shows the Slot number and the RAM module installed in that slot.


This Tab shows the information of the Graphics memory of the machine. (For example this window is showing an ATI RADEON powered machine). The encircled information is of most interest.


This Tab shows the information of the software and the Windows information.
